Built once, yours for good

Not every fix should become another monthly subscription. Some are better built once, handed over, and owned outright.

Renting a solution to a narrow problem

Adopting a broad platform to solve one specific problem means paying every month for capability you will not use, and accepting that the fix now depends on that vendor's pricing and priorities. If the problem is genuinely particular to how you operate, a general product will only ever approximate it, and you will pay for the approximation indefinitely.

What we build

We build to the agreed scope once and hand it over, with no recurring fee attached and no seat count to manage. You own it, including the right to change it without involving us. The honest tradeoff is that a one-off build does not come with somebody else's roadmap, so a significant change in requirements later is new work rather than an update you receive.

11 hours of monthly data entry, removed for an operator running 10 properties across 4 countries.

Month-end used to take days. It now takes roughly 40 minutes. Four weeks to build.

For a narrow, specific problem, buying a platform is usually the more expensive path.
